Like I said, mostly KoC/GW clones - you can't expect me to remember them all, but: GateWars (of course), those that I've started playing again (all with names ending in 'Wars' or such - Ancient Wars, The Dune Wars...), the odd Astro Empires server or two, a few that died out, unfortunately (I remember Stargate Omega, and more recently a fun little one with ants). Basically, quite a few...
